Volume calculations assume a vertical cylindrical tank with a flat or conical bottom, and that any conical section is fully liquid-filled whenever the liquid level is above zero. Mixing calculations use the standard stirred-tank Reynolds number and a turbulent blend-time approximation (θ·N ≈ 5.3·(T/D)²) for a single turbine impeller in a baffled vessel — indicative only. Always validate against vendor mixing studies or pilot-scale trials for critical applications.
